The Tigers and starting pitcher Brad Penny, have agreed to a 1-year, $3 Million deal, with another $3 Million reported in incentives. The deal is still pending completion of a physical by the 31 year old right-hander.
With the signing, GM Dave Dombrowski feels like the Tigers roster and rotation are set for Spring Training, which starts in a little over a month.
